Prof. P C Thomas, President, Vijayagiri Public School and proud owner of Prof. P C Thomas Classes and Chaithanya Classes has an experience of more than 45 years in the field of education.His classes have already produced over 4 lac professionals in the field of Medicine and Engineering.His classes have developed into one of the largest entrance coaching centre in south India, with more than 16000 students enrolling for classes on an annual basis, out of which 4000 sign up for the residential courses offered by the institution.Prof. P C Thomas's institution now has faculty strength of 65 teachers with over 160 batches of students from all over the state and the Middle East.

Dr. Padmakumar Nair is a pioneer of goal-driven business mentoring and is an accomplished researcher, professor, and management consultant. As chairman, Dr. Nair plays a key role in shaping the business strategy of Oztern. He is also responsible for mentoring the leadership team of Oztern and strengthening their capabilities in result-oriented business operations.
Dr. Nair is an academic director at LM Thapar School of Management. He has worked both in academia and industry and has a combined experience of more than 25 years in various industries such as oil & gas (Shell in Amsterdam), education (University of Texas in US, Japan, NL, China, Denmark), consulting (PwC in Japan, UK and US) and advanced R&D (NL, Japan and US). Dr. Nair holds a US and a world patent in the area of converting natural gas into useful petrochemicals.
He has a Ph.D. from the University of Twente in the Netherlands and a Dr. Eng. from the University of Tokyo, Japan, an MBA from Heriot-Watt University in the UK and an M.Tech in Metallurgical engineering from IIT, Kharagpur, India.
Stephen Redwood specializes in helping leaders and organizations transform through culture change, leadership development, behavioral change and organization redesign.
He is a Principal with Deloitte Consulting, Human Capital group with over 20 years of consulting experience. Prior to joining Deloitte Stephen’s experience included running his own firm, being a partner at McKinsey and Co. and at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was the global leader of their Organization and Change Strategy Practice.
Stephen holds a degree in Psychology and postgraduate diploma in HRM, both from UK universities. He is also a chartered member of the UK Institute of Personnel and Development, a graduate member of the British Psychological Society, a certified executive coach, and an honorary research fellow at the University of Texas.
Kenichiro Akiyama has held senior management positions with companies such as IBM, PwC, Hay Management Consulting, Isuzu Motors and Mitsui & Co. He has 25 years of diverse experience in the areas of management consulting and Human Resource during which he has consulted several global corporations in the areas of Strategy, HR and Leadership Development.
Currently, he is working as the Managing Director of Minori Management Research Institute, Japan and the COO of Nihon Leadership Center, Japan.
Dr. George John is one of the distinguished advisors at Oztern. He received his Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Kerala, India in 1993. After a year of post-doctoral stay at the University of Twente, The Netherlands, he spent four years as a research scientist at the Agency for Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST), Japan. In the fall of 2002 he joined the Rensselaer Nanotechnology Center as a research faculty and pursued his research interests in the area of soft nonmaterials.
Currently, he is an Associate Professor of Chemistry at the City College of the City University of New York, New York, USA and is guiding several Masters, Doctoral and Postdoctoral students.
Mano is helping Oztern to build an effective finance management and strategy.
Mano has more than 20 years of combined leadership in Content Management, Document Imaging and Management, Large scale XML Publishing and Business Process Reengineering across several industries. He has held senior management level positions in Xerox and Arbortext, now part of PTC. He was also a management consultant at Ford, DTE Energy, Housing Opportunities Collaborative (HOC) and Accenture.
Mano has an MBA from Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA. He has a MS in Computer Science and Master of Technology degree in Geophysical Instrumentation and Electronics. He was conferred Master of Information Technology (MIT) designation by the Association for Information and Image Management (AIIM) for outstanding work in the areas of Content Management, Image Management, Document Management and Workflow and Business Process Reengineering in 2004.
Saiju had identified the need for effective test preparation in India and had formulated a model, which explains the importance of personalized study content and the active participation of aspirants.Oztern’s state-of-art personalized learning technology has been built..and is now one of the most effective assessment/learning engines and goal focused study recommendation system in the industry. He is now creating a team of visionary educators, educational organizations and other creative teaching professionals, who are passionate about creating high quality study content to help the student community.
Saiju started his career almost a decade ago with Alamy Images, a UK based stock photography portal, as a software engineer. He later worked as a consultant with global organizations including Fortune 500 companies like Baxter Health Care, and Allstate Insurance.
