The following Privacy Policy applies to all visitors to or users of the www.oztern.com or www.oztern.com Websites or Application (the “Websites or Application”) and services provided by Oztern Technology Pvt Ltd. (“Oztern” or “we,” “us” or “our”) or its affiliates or agents relating to the Website or Application (the “Services”).  BY USING THE WEBSITE OR APPLICATION AND/OR THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY.  IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT VISIT THIS WEBSITE OR APPLICATION, SET UP AN ACCOUNT OR USE THE WEBSITE OR APPLICATION OR THE SERVICES.

Oztern reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time at its sole discretion.  Any such change, update or modification will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Privacy Policy on the Website or Application.  We will provide no other notice to you.  It is your responsibility to review this page from time to time to ensure that you continue to agree with all of its terms.  If you no longer agree to this Privacy Policy after a change, you must cease using the Website or Application and the Services.

The Data we Collect.  When you create an account (an “Account”) you will provide some personal information, such as your name, e-mail address, telephone number, username and password, that we will store.  We will not collect your credit card information (but our payment processor will collect your credit card information).

When you upload information and content (“Content”) to the Website or Application, we will store your Content.  Our obligation to store Your Content is in all respects subject to our Terms of Use that can be viewed at www.oztern.com.

We will not distribute, sell or otherwise disseminate your personal information or your Content to any person.

Use of Contact Information.  We may use your e-mail address to send you information about our Services or to market to you.  You may unsubscribe from these messages by following the instructions contained within the messages or the instructions on the Website or Application.  If you e-mail us with a request or question, we may keep your message, e-mail address and contact information to respond to your request.

(a) We may share your Usage Data to enable third parties who serve advertisements on the Site to deliver advertisements that will be relevant to you and/or parties accessing the site. Public InformationIf you identify any User Information as public, you are authorizing us to share such information publicly. For example, you may elect to make certain Shared Information (such as your alias and/or photo) publicly available. Also, there may be areas of the Site (e.g., comment sections) in which you are able to post information that will be available to all other users of the Site. Please note that any User Information that we have copied may remain in back-up storage for some period of time after your request, and that if you delete certain information you may not be able to order services in the future without re-submitting such information. SecurityWe have implemented reasonable measures to help protect your User Information from loss, misuse, or unauthorized access or disclosure. Unfortunately, however, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your User Information, we cannot guarantee its security.

Third Party Services.  Oztern may use a variety of services offered by third parties to help maintain and improve our Website or Application, to help Oztern understand the use of its Website or Application and Services, or simply to provide the Services.  These services may store both personally identifiable information about you which we collect and the information sent by your browser as part of a web page request, such as cookies or your IP address.  If any third parties are given access to your personally identifiable information, we will require them to sign a confidentiality agreement and to limit the use of such personally identifiable information only to provide the services to us which we have requested.

No Public Sharing of Your Data.  Oztern does not allow the public to see your personal information or any Content.

Your Data and Third Parties.  We do not sell or rent any of your personally identifying data or your Content to third parties for any purposes.  We may share or disclose Content or information about you to governmental agencies, companies or individuals if we are required to do so pursuant to applicable laws, regulations, or legal or regulatory requirements.

Access to Information.  You can access your personal information on the Website or Application and correct information that is inaccurate.

Communications with Members.  When you open an Account with Oztern you will be automatically opted-in to receive e-mail and in-system notices, which may include announcements, newsletters and recommendations.

Transfer of Information on Sale and for Legal Compliance.  Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Privacy Policy; (a) upon a sale of Oztern or all or substantially all of its assets, Oztern reserves the right to transfer to the purchaser of Oztern all data it has, including without limitation all Log Data and all personally identifiable data concerning you and any user of the Website or Application and the Services and (b) we will share your personal information if we have a good faith belief that; (i) access, use, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, such as a court order or subpoena, or a request by law enforcement or governmental authorities, (ii) such action is appropriate (A) to enforce the Terms of Use, including any investigation of potential violations thereof, or (B) to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues associated with the Website or Application or the Services, or (iii) such action is appropriate to protect the rights, property or safety of Oztern, its employees, users of the Website or Application or the Services.
